Michelle Stanaland
CEO
Michelle Frome is an award-winning entrepreneur with diverse and broad-based expertise in strategy, business development, operations, product management and marketing. Over the last 14 years, she has worked with startups and small to mid-sized businesses to penetrate new markets to ensure sustainable revenue growth. She has a proven ability to quickly analyze key business drivers and develop and execute rapid go-to-market strategies as well as increase revenue through existing products. Michelle is known for using innovative thinking, creativity and countless resources to quickly put her clients on the map within their known markets in a fraction of the time that it takes traditional agencies to do so.
Tamara O'Dea
COO/CFO
Tamara O’Dea is a life-long entrepreneur and online marketer. She uses her psychology degree and extensive experience in small business development focusing on creating solid and effective marketing avenues to establish long lasting revenue streams. Tamara has been building websites and utilizing online marketing strategies since 1997. Realizing 25+ years ago that online presence was going to be “the key” to establishing a solid business reputation and cultivating large streams of new business, she has worked extensively in building these avenues for her clients. As a veteran business owner, she understands the ins and outs of challenges in running your business, developing your marketing tools and balancing your budget effectively.
